San Miguel’s Back-to-School Drive is On!

In just a few weeks, San Miguel will open its doors at our Back of the Yards campus, welcoming 86 boys and girls who come ready to work hard.

Many of them have walked to school past dangerous places where gang members hang out. . . . They have sacrificed to return to class days before their public school friends. Each one knows that the next year will include long school days, discipline and hard work.

They come to have a chance for a future

Please help us prepare each student by making a special gift right now for our Back-to-School drive.

•   Give a backpack full of all necessary school supplies for $35.
•   Provide school uniforms for one student for $90.
•   Send a student uniforms and school supplies for $125.

Our students take a risk to come to San Miguel. They are saying “No” to influences in their neighborhood that value crime and violence above an education and a future.
