The Family and Graduate Support Program provides support services to the families and graduates of San Miguel Schools. The goals of the program are to:

• have 100% of San Miguel alumni earn a high school diploma and to maximize their intellectual, spiritual and leadership potential
  
  
• engage parents in the transition of their children from 8th grade to high school and beyond
  
  
• foster an environment of healthy relationships among students, graduates, and families
  
  
• increase collaboration among other neighborhood organizations to promote development in the Back of the Yards and Austin areas
