San Miguel School students promote positive values through the 'Girls on the Run Program'

In a community that has been plagued with drugs and gang violence, the Girls on the Run Program at San Miguel aims to take back the streets in a display of positive action and leadership.  Megan Luna, the teacher who led the 25 girls on the San Miguel team, helped her tream train for several months before the girls participated in the 5K Run.
