The kids always want to know: How'd you become an astronaut? How exactly does a rocket get to outer space? How long is the trip? What's it like out in space? "When you're inside the spaceship, you're looking through layers of glass Outside, it's just incredible," said Dr. Bernard Harris Jr., the first African American to walk in space as he recalled his historic role aboard NASA's 995 shuttle mission.
