Scholarship Sponsors play an integral role in the success of San Miguel Schools.  For students at San Miguel, scholarships are the only way they can afford a private, quality education.  These dedicated supporters participate in the Scholarship Program as a tangible and direct way to make a difference in the life of a child. Many of these sponsors participate in multi-year sponsorships, following their student from when they first enter San Miguel, all the way to graduation in 8th grade.  Throughout the school year, students correspond with their sponsors regularly, sending them letters and updates on what they are learning.  Scholarship Brunches also take place several times throughout the year to thank Sponsors for their commitment to San Miguel and to provide an opportunity for Sponsors to get to know their scholarship recipients.

Most recently, the Gary Comer Campus welcomed Scholarship Sponsors to the school on March 18th.  Sponsors played games with the students, solved Black History trivia, and toured the school to become familiar with what their student is learning in their classroom.
